​10RM+ today. Programming called for a 10 rep PR in both the squat and deadlift…during an AMRAP set. Managed 13 reps at 325 in the back squat, and a responsible 10 reps at 330 in the deadlift. 

Then a 100m sled push for time, loaded with bodyweight. 33 seconds, which isn’t too shabby since @geenamilitello made me push it uphill. It’s about three hours later and my quads are still pumped.
