50 foot Farmer’s carry
After odd rounds: 100 foot backwards sled drag
After even rounds: 10 DB push press
50 foot Death March
After odd rounds: 100 foot sled push
After even rounds: 10 DB bench press
400m single-arm DB overhead carry
400m Goblet carry
The full Warhorse program began the day with some straight arm gymnastics work and doubled (!) the rounds of the primary work.
