PEOPLE. I finished this about four minutes ago and have never felt my hamstrings/butt/low back/stomach fire at the same like this in my entire life. IGNITED. 

As coaches and athletes, we talk a lot about the posterior chain, but until you’ve FELT it do what it does in exactly the way it was designed, you don’t know what it is – and it turns out a bag filled with dirt is the best way to learn.
