Tempo/Pause Squat Program: W7D1

Back Squat: 5 sets – E3:30 perform 3 reps at 33×2 tempo. Use 75% + 10 pounds 1RM.
*Final set can be an AMRAP set, provided you stick to the indicated tempo.
