Coming up around 8:30am -POWER HOUR: 60+minutes of continuous GPP action

E1:15 for 10 Rounds – snatch + hang snatch, work to a max
Then
10 minute AMRAP: 
50ft sandbag carry 70/50
10 sandbag squats
5 burpees
50ft sandbag carry
10 alternating sandbag shoulders
5 burpees
Then
For 15 minutes at 70-80% – 
5-10-15-5-10-15…
Assault bike cal
Push-ups
*30 DUBS between each round
Then
6 rounds:
50ft sled push (135/90 on turf)
50ft sled drag backwards
10 strict hammer curl + strict press 40/30

Rest 1:30 between rounds
