Yesterday’s Project Warhorse Theme o’ the Day was “Carry”. Specifically overhead stability and posterior chain strength endurance.

Also, burpees.

A) Overhead squat: 3RM
B) Deadlift: 5 reps every 1:30 for 10 rounds. Alternate sumo and conventional each round. Start at 60% and increase as able.
60ft heavy sandbag carry

D) Accessory:
4 rounds-
60ft Light overhead yoke carry
15 DB shrugs w/pause
60ft light overhead yoke carry
Max handstand hold
