Some Project Warhorse testing today.

EMOMx5 – 2 Weighted box jumps step down
EMOMx5 – 2 seated box jumps
EMOMx5 – 2 burpee broad jumps max distance

Then

Back Squat – 5 sets – E2:30 first 3 sets perform 5 reps at 44×2 tempo. Last two sets perform at normal tempo and without pauses. Use 65% +10lbs 1RM.

WOD:

10 hang Power cleans 155/105
15 Burpees over bar
Rest 2 minutes

60FT Carry
10 Sandbag squats 100lbs

max hollow hold

Bro sesh:
5 Rounds
Max ring dips – with turnout and slow eccentrics
10-12 hammer curls – slow eccentric then chest reps
Back extensions
