Tempo/Pause Squat Program: W1D2

Establish a 5RM Pause Front Squat.

-This is the Pretest. In this program, developing stability and control is the objective, not increasing 1RM  (although there will be carryover), and so we’re using a submaximal benchmark.
-2 count in the bottom
-Other than the pause, use your typical squat tempo
