10 minutes 70% max heart rate

3 minutes easy

10 minutes 80% MHR

3 minutes easy

10 minutes 70% MHR

*maximum heart rate is 220 – your age. Quick way to find heart rate without a monitor would be to take your pulse for six seconds and add a zero.
