DESTROY ALL WEIGHTS. I want PR videos and the final minute and aftermath of the 10 minute Assault Test. E-mail them to me, or post and tag me on Instagram. DO IT TO IT.

Back Squat 1RM
Strict Press 1RM
Deadlift 1RM

then

10 minute Assault Bike for max calories. The intensity here needs to be absolutely devastating. Puking is ok.

Warm-up for this using the following protocol:
5 minutes: 30s moderate/30s easy, rest 5 minutes then 3..2…1….
