Heads up and Week 6 Testing Rough Draft

A couple things:

1) Look for a detailed post about specifics on how the program coaching is going to roll in the next couple days. If you’re interested in joining the growing ranks of Black Anvil, you’ll want to check it out.

This will be starting next week so we can move directly from this strength into sport specific work.
